Registration of the title in the land registry

This is the final step in the buying procedure of Greek property.

The fee for lawyers and notary are as follows:
0 – € 44,020 1 % 0 –> € 440,2
€ 44.021 – € 1.467.000 0,5% € 220,1 –> € 7.335
€ 1.467.0000 – € … 0,4% € 5.868 –> € …
 

These fees are applicable to the signing of the contract which does a lawyer. The fees don’t include the search in the land registry or other needed acts and applications.

 
Fee for the notary public (Civil Law Notary):
0 – € 11.738,67 3 % 0 –> € 352,2
€ 11.738,67 – … 0,5 % € 58,7 –> …
 

+ a fee depending on the number of pages of the contract.

Fee for the registration of the title in the land registry.

Not included are the fees if you consider raising finance on your existing property. By this, you can cover the cost of your purchase or secure a mortgage against the property in Greece.
